ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and limited-release merchandise.

Orders are generally processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Military Trap LLC offers domestic and international shipping to eligible destinations.

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier operations, customs clearance, and circumstances beyond our control.

Please allow additional processing time during high-volume releases, promotional events, and holidays.

LIMITED RELEASES & PREORDERS

Certain products may be produced or released in limited quantities.

Preorder items, made-to-order merchandise, and special releases may require extended processing and fulfillment times.

Estimated shipping windows for these products will be provided in the applicable product description or at checkout.

Orders containing preorder merchandise may be shipped separately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local shipping regulations.

Military Trap LLC does not control customs procedures or import restrictions.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications to shipping addresses may not be possible.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be subject to additional shipping charges.

LOST, STOLEN & DAMAGED PACKAGES

Military Trap LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or package theft outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact orders@militarytrap.com for assistance.

Customers should provide their order number, tracking information, and supporting photographs when applicable.

All shipping claims will be reviewed individually.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

Cancellation requests submitted before processing may be considered but are not guaranteed.

If Military Trap LLC is unable to fulfill an order, customers will be notified and any applicable refund will be issued.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or personal preferences.

Customers who receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise should contact orders@militarytrap.com within seven (7) days of delivery.

Eligible claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable once the shipping service has been performed, except where required by law.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Military Trap LLC makes reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the shipping timeframe communicated at checkout or in the applicable product description.

In the event of a significant shipping delay, customers will be notified and provided with available options, including cancellation and a refund when required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to adjust fulfillment schedules due to production delays, inventory availability, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
