RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Military Trap LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing selections, personal preferences, or accidental purchases.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details before completing their purchase.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE & INCORRECT ITEMS

Military Trap LLC stands behind the quality and originality of its products.

If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact orders@militarytrap.com within seven (7) days of delivery.

All claims should include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the merchandise and packaging, when applicable

Claims will be reviewed individually. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

The seven-day reporting period does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

LIMITED RELEASES & EXCLUSIVE MERCHANDISE

All limited-edition releases, exclusive collections, promotional items, and made-to-order merchandise are considered final sale, except where otherwise required by law.

Due to the exclusive nature of certain products, replacements or exchanges may not always be available.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing or fulfillment has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation requests submitted before processing may be considered but are not guaranteed.

Military Trap LLC reserves the right to cancel orders due to inventory shortages, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or pricing errors.

If an order is canceled by Military Trap LLC after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable once shipping services have been performed, except where required by applicable law.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ISSUES

Military Trap LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Lost, stolen, damaged, or incorrectly delivered packages will be reviewed individually.

Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact orders@militarytrap.com with their order number and relevant tracking information.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Do not return merchandise without first contacting Military Trap LLC and receiving return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender, subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or required by law.

POLICY CHANGES

Military Trap LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time.

Updated policies will be published on our official website and will apply to future purchases. Existing orders remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of purchase, except where otherwise permitted by law.
